She rocked it! Alberta Ferretti, you beautiful soul.
With the mixture of satin and pearls and crystals and fine embroidery, she created prepossessing masterpieces. Her pieces reminiscent of the 1920's fashion. The era of long graceful dresses. All of her best pieces had feathers or what we commonly call fringes, which were actually pieces of silk. Sheer dresses were needle crafted with crystals and golden embroidery. Every piece had such intricate details. She enhanced the beauty of sheer dresses. All the designs had frills and ruffles to give a versatile and feminine grace. It was just a beautiful mess of threads and crystals. The show ended with a grand ball cape. A show to remember, a show I viewed a million times!
Here are some of my favourite looks from the show~
1). This is the piece that I loved the most. So edgy yet with such a feminine look. Layered feathers with details of crystals and glass beads. And the subtle colour adds to the beauty of the contemporary look. A perfectly elegant dress to rock your Saturday nights.

2) This is my second favourite, such a classic piece, it gives aesthetic pleasure to see it. The sequin detailing and sheer bodice exalt the look.

3). Satin never fails to flatter. The matte metalic colour with a little satin glaze is a perfect look for the red carpet. A simple yet flattering look. the side frills give the design newness.

4). WANT! WANT! WANT! one of the most voguish look at the show. THEM DETAILS!! Flowing glass beads, with golden crystal embroidery just complete the piece.

5). This chantilly lace number stole hearts at the show. A delicate yet so classy gown. Can't get enough of this one.

6). Do I need to say anything about this one *interobangs* A PIECE OF ART! A perfect blend of threads. the overcoat completes the piece. The mermaid thread design is so perfect and so neat.

HOPE YOU LIKED IT!
Thank you!
